Congrats-வாழ்த்துக்கள்

        This is my first post; and i am going to start with the word "congrats". Before starting i would like to clarify why i choose this topic; 

       In present scenario, the world is more competitive now and this makes us to fight with our dear ones sometime. The word "congrats" doesn't appraise someone but also gives the solution sometimes. 

   Officially, there is no word called "congrats"., it has been derived from the word "congratulation" means "used to share our happiness in the victory of other people". 

We use this word in so many occasion when some one got a job/promotion, mobile phone, getting married (sometimes divorce) and all. 

     We feel extremely happy when our friend or our associate owns something, we express our feelings in the word "congrats, Best wishes" and next saying "Where is the party?" it increases the bonding between the persons and also makes more comfortable with that person. 

      But have we ever congratulate our enemy/competitor? I think most of the person will say "NO" and i will also join them. The same word "congrats" will turn the unpleasant situation into a normal here. 

   Suppose, you and your colleague has a competition in finishing the target of the company; This situation becomes more worse when we don't have the proper communication and we don't like them personally. It may lead to rival, but at the end of the day if we lose something and other person win over us, we may feel depressed on one hand and in other side, the person who won may be making fun over us, the other people would be criticizing, but at that if we got over to the person and just say a few words and a word of "congrats" that will the turning point in the relationship. 

      The people who had laugh will be put down their head in shame and finally in the next time, when we meet that person for either competition or a team work., the person would not have the different attitude towards us and we feel a sense of treating equal, having self-respect. 

  

     So, just in this case above, what i absorbed in my life is that., after success/failure many get an ego/depressed and forget their basic attitude at that point of time. If we make time for this little things we can go to a great heights and stand apart even if we have failed. 

     Congrats is not only a word of "appraisal".. Its a word for "good relationships".. :-)
